Before you request an application

1. Please be prepared to pay an application fee for each individual at or above age 18 that will live in the mobile home. In addition, you will also be required to provide copy of a valid form of identification.

2. To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide a criminal record check, credit report, and your residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide copy of most recent pay stub, and proof of other income

3. Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate application.

4. Application Fee: $25.00
