Do you rent mobile homes and lease land lots?

Yes, you are able to rent available manufactured homes or lease homesite lots for a mobile home you own.

What are your qualifications for renting?

You must submit an application and supporting documentation (as specified) for each person age 18 or older intending to reside in the Spring Valley Community.

Do you have any mobile homes for rent?

Any available homes for rent will be advertised on the Spring Valley website.

Do you have any vacant lots?

We do have homesite lots available for leasing.  The lot sizes range from 5,000 to 10,000 square feet.

Do you run a credit check?

Background checks are conducted on each applicant seeking to reside in Spring Valley Community.

How many bedrooms and bathrooms do Spring Valley-owned homes have?

They vary and will be advertised on this website when available.
